Create a personalized profile which highlights all the good things about YOU! Tell a prospective landlord why they should choose YOU for their next tenant. You can even add photos of yourself and your furry friends! Once you create your profile, you can share your unique URL with anyone you like. It’s that easy!
Visit Rent My Way to create a personalized profile showcasing your wants and desires, in an effort to attract the right kind of home and landlord. Landlords’ are able to see this unique renter’s profile URL and decide if they are the best fit for their specific property. By reviewing pictures of pets and hearing personalized stories, Rent My Way, offers all parties a unique opportunity to look at this matchmaking process in a whole new way. Finally, upon acceptance of a renter-landlord match, we will use your Rent My Way profiles to generate an easy to sign e-signature lease!
TOUR A HOME:
We will answer all leads in the order received, and we do our best to respond within one business day. We respond to ALL inquiries, please be patient. We have a ‘no-bullying’ policy; and zero tolerance for verbal abuse towards our staff.
HOW TO APPLY:
Once you have toured and are ready to apply fill out an online application. $40 per adult over the age of 18. Each person must fill out a separate application; there are no joint applications for married persons or co-signers.
INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF APPROVAL:
Take a moment to introduce yourself and your story at Rent My Way. The profile you create will have a unique URL that can be shared with our staff, landlords and other property managers nationwide.
Please visit our website for our detailed screening criteria. We DO NOT answer screening criteria qualification questions over the phone.
Most landlords will consider pets on a case-by-case basis with additional deposit.
MOVE IN COSTS:
Retainer deposit equal to one month’s rent is required to take the property off the market. This will be applied to first full month’s rent. The second month will be pro-rated less the move in days. Security and pet deposits are required at move in and are equal to one month’s rent.
You want to know as quickly as possible whether or not you have been approved for a property. Please be sure to provide ALL requested documentation to our team so that we can get a response back to you ASAP! We are NOT able to approve a tenant without proper documentation. This includes proof of income, proof of employment and prior landlord information.
